The Back Story
Most people in the AI space have one of two backgrounds. They're developers who learned to use AI tools. Or they're business people who can talk about AI but haven't built anything with it.
I have both.
I spent 15 years in enterprise solution consulting at IBM, SAS, Aprimo, and Information Builders — running discovery sessions, mapping solutions to business problems, managing complex sales cycles, and helping organizations adopt technology platforms across the US and Australia. I know how enterprises evaluate, buy, and actually get value from complex technology. That didn't stop being relevant when AI arrived. It became more relevant.
Then I picked up the tools. I build full-stack applications using Claude Code, Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and Vercel. My most recent production app — a B2B supplier directory — includes AI-powered data extraction, a multi-source enrichment pipeline, admin authentication, automated SEO, and 900+ passing tests.
I directed the build end to end — architecture, planning, quality control, and every judgment call along the way — using Claude Code as my primary development tool.

Under the hood: AI-driven data extraction from supplier websites, a multi-source enrichment pipeline that builds supplier profiles incrementally from multiple data sources, Supabase Auth, row-level security, structured SEO content generation, and a full test suite. Built end to end with Claude Code, deployed on Vercel.
